<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The survey is based on the study "An Empirical Study of Security Culture in Open Source Software Communities" (<a href="https://doi.org/10.1145/3341161.3343520">https://doi.org/10.1145/3341161.3343520</a>), but focusing
on the German research community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">We are working with the University of Alabama, which designed the study and is independently collecting the responses for the USA. So we're looking forward to some comparisons between the two communities.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The survey will be online until 2024-01-14, and the first results will be presented during the [de-RSE'24](<a href="https://go.uniwue.de/derse24">https://go.uniwue.de/derse24</a>) conference.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
